Its a trial and error thing. Do it with the kids, it adds to the fun.Enforcer;1570488 wrote:How much evaporated milk do You use?? I would like to do this with My girls tomorrow
A can will suffice. It will melt the snow as you stir it in. Add sugar to taste and a little vanilla.

Ketchup (along with mustard, onions, greens, tomato ) is for cheeseburgers. Maybe for fries if vinegar is not available.

I don't sauce any steak or hamburgers. Beef is good enough on its own. Ribs get sauced, but I can eat with some seasoning. Brisket can get a little BBQ, but it is delicious naked. Growing up on a beef farm, you learn never to sauce beef -- while also learning the deliciousness of the beef itself.

I believe German's eat their bratwurst with mustard. I use cleveland stadium pwn mustard for whenever I grill bratwurst.

My wife and I went to dinner a Ruths Chris a couple years ago with 2 other couples. One of the other girls ordered the filet well done (first foul) and then had the nerve to ask for A1. I about punched her. I was embarrassed. I still give her shit to this day.

Used to sauce my steaks, but not anymore. Made it rare or med/rare for me and if it is a good steak place you dont need any sauce

I don't know if I can't stand it, but I sure as hell would never use steak sauce, especially when eating steak. If you need steak sauce, that means your steak sucks ass.

Depends on the cut and whether cooked at home or not
I like A1, but 90% of the time i go without it.

A sauce can make a good dish better instead of covering up the taste of bad food. Top steakhouses have sauces, but not some chemical crap out of a bottle.
