Or wine. Either way I agree a great steak doesn't need sauce. (Mancy's, Jeff Ruby's)justincredible;1569963 wrote:The only sauce I consume with a steak is booze.

I was including wine in "booze." Not sure if it technically fits the definition because I'm too high to look it up right now.Curly J;1569998 wrote:Or wine. Either way I agree a great steak doesn't need sauce. (Mancy's, Jeff Ruby's)

Bulletproof coffee, right?Azubuike24;1569920 wrote:I consume about 50-75 grams of unsalted butter, MCT oil, coconut oil and egg yolks every morning blended in my 16 ounces of coffee. That's about 7:30 AM. I don't eat again until dinner (around 8 PM).
This is obviously convenient if you have a specific job schedule, but it often spills over into weekends, vacations, etc. Probably 90% of days.

If eating leftover beef the next day, I'll put Worcester on it. It's the only time I use the sauce.
Agree the a good steak needs no sauce, sometimes garlic or bleu cheese.

It's funny how BPC has blown up yet I've done it faithfully for about 3 years. I honestly would've never guessed it.
I know it got mentioned in some of the other threads. Ever tried it Justin? People can't seem to get over the idea of butter in coffee. Then, consider it's UNSALTED and from a quality source. It's basically heavy cream without any of the chemical additives you see in traditional whipping creams.

The cheap version. Grab Kerrygold, unrefined coconut oil and just throw it in a blender (2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp butter) with coffee and boom. I also use a little Stevia. I'd advise trying it without any food and go probably 4-8 hours after it without eating. Notice if you feel more energetic and mentally sharp. Report back!

Place a slice of white bread on a plate. Soak bread with dark coffee and some half & half. Sprinkle with eeeeevil white sugar and a few drops of Hershey's chocolate syrup.

Honestly, it's just like a regular latte without the crap. Throwing it in the blender is the key, even for just 10-15 seconds. Definitely worth trying if you have that stuff, or just some form of it.ernest_t_bass;1570086 wrote:What's it taste like?

WOW! I don't think anyone else knew about Snow Cream... I showed my grandkids this few weeks ago .. great memories when I was a kid and my grandparent would make this ... but they used cream on the top of fresh milk that would form and a little sugar added.Devils Advocate;1570089 wrote:Snow cream

I love leftovers but some foods I just dont like heated up, like Pizza.
But I hate pizza that has been in the fridge..I like it room temp so I wil just cover any pizza that isnt eaten to be devoured that evening or for breakfast

If I'm eating leftover pizza, I'll heat it in a skillet, but I'll also eat it cold. I'm a freak.
