USYNT U20s lost in penalty kicks last night in their World Cup. Good showing by the team, in terms of results. A lot of discussion has been made about "is Tab Ramos the right guy for the job?" I watched up through regulation last night and the U20s were struggling. They were without 2-3 players (a couple starters) due to injury. It will be interesting to watch this group of players develop through the years.

Zach Steffen could be the next Tim Howard. He'd be my choice as a 3rd goalkeeper right now for any international competitions. Get that experience and leave the "has beens" home.

What an immature and stupid move by Dempsey to rip up the refs notebook. Depending on what the USSF does he is looking at a 3 month minimum suspension for referee assault. Which means he would miss the Gold Cup. Idiot.

It may not be assault but in the rules it is:

By grabbing and destroying the referee's property, Dempsey crossed a line that no player, much less a player of his caliber and reputation, should cross. U.S. Soccer Federation policy states that "damaging the referee's uniform or personal property" is considered referee assault, which draws a minimum three-month ban.

Surprised nobody is talking about the biggest bitch boy of them all (Neymar) getting suspended for head butting a player in a copa America loss to Columbia.

That's so hypocritical coming from someone who talks a lot about golf but isn't a pro either. Still waiting for you to take me up on my $1,000 a hole challenge I've proposed to you on multiple threads. It would be very enjoyable to kick the shit out of you on the course.

Have to play Abby the whole game I think. Missed some huge chances with such poor striking early on. PK seemed like a total gift

Abby is too slow and too old to play an entire game in that formation. Alex just needs to get some more confidence and reps so she can finish.

Wambach would have not got to that through ball to Morgan. She's way too slow.
