So he's accepted his (assumed) new role, I take it.

He won't be healthy until a week before the season starts. He would be dumb to transfer as he would have zero practice time with a new team plus he'd have to change medical staffs. It was a non story by ESPiN

All of the sudden people jumping on the OSU bandwagon. I now think if they win out they will get in.

In regards to tv ratings for the championship game, the Buckeyes are 4th, 7th and 13th for ratings.

My point is, the money will be there with or without OSU. I want them to get in based off merit not t-shirt sales

And if anything other than football is included in picking the teams, that is pathetic especially if that is why OSU would get in.
Said the same thing the other day. For the lesser bowls, they sometimes offer schools who travel well, but with the Final 4 and NC game....doesnt matter.

I agree. There seems to a lot of OSU love lately. Miss St won't win their division let alone the conference, TCU won't have an extra conference championship game win vs a quality opponent to boost their resume. I think if everything holds the way it is, OSU will be #5 after the Michigan game which will put them in place to jump to #4 when the win the big10 championship game

OSU is in, provided we win out. There's no doubt about it.

If they struggle at all in the next couple of weeks, or both..which would drop them down in the rankings, then its not a done deal IMO. IF they roll, as they should, then I agree they are in. But lets not count beating Wisconsin as a done deal. That game will not be easy at all. Never is.

I'm not terribly worried about playing Wisconsin indoors, now if we had to play them in Wisconsin, it would be a worrisome game.

I'm not worried about 21 of their starters, I'm only worried about 1. If Cobb can rush for 150 and 3 TD's, I'd be worried about Gordon on turf indoors.

It doesn't matter if we win by 1 or win by 3.4 million. There's about a zero percent chance a 1-loss B1G champion gets left out of the playoff game.

Agreed. OSU wins out and they are in. You can book that.

Yup, heard same shit last year going into game against MSU. WIsky is playing well. Gordon is a beast and the OSU run defense, against decent teams who ran the ball this year, hasn't been all that great.

No comparison between MSU last year and Wisky this year. MSU had the best defense in CFB, and a good, balanced offense. Wisky has Melvin Gordon. I just don't see Wisky being able to outscore OSU.

Talk on Twitter that Noah Spence may be back before this season is over.
Craig Henman @henman11 · 1h 1 hour ago

I was just told that Noah Spence expects to play in the "last 3 games." Source is the same person that has been 100% on story since day 1
Don't know who this dude is, but some quick research sounds like he has been 100% on the Noah story since it started.
