That combined with the nagging feeling that, last year, they lost to the one Big Ten team that was better than "meh, they're decent", which led to them being runner-up instead of champion. I mean, part of that is because of 2012 and expectations, I had OSU on a pedestal above pretty much the rest of the conference (and 95+% of the nation), so anything that wasn't a convincing win against most opposition was likely to be a disappointment on some level, but still...the performance has to get better against competition that is at least considered upper-tier.

I just can't handle a defense that is THAT bad.

I don't want to tremble in fear when guys like Conner fucking Cook drop back to pass.

If we don't see SIGNIFICANT improvement on that side of the ball, Urban better start hearing about it.

I am more upset about the MSU loss. That was a game we could have won potentially. I am generally an optimistic fan but I had not hope for the Clemson game. Our defense had been perfectly exposed, and Clemson had the tools (Good QB and bigtime WR) to take advantage of our flaws.

I do agree that for the two undefeated regular seasons, OSU still really hasn't done anything notable. Yes, the win streak is nice, but the post-season is ultimately what matters.

Yeah, when I was there in the mid-90s, they weren't exactly above average or average or even a bit below average. More of a "the only thing keeping them from being a national joke is that they're too small-time to be noticed by national media" level.

Ohio U sucks; not only in football where they never have and never will win anything but also academically they are a tier 5 school at best. I wouldn't send my kids there for $10,000,000 because you could earn more by going to a community college.

Sure it's a great school to get drunk and get high with your high school drop out buddies, but you can do that without paying a single dime for an 'education'.

I'd leave before the 110 plays because their band at best is still 2nd best in the state and probably not even in the top 4,000 in the country.

We were pretty fucking good at being relevant, if not actually great...and then our coach decided he'd rather collect weekly skull-fuckings in the SEC instead of maintaining that relevance. Makes us look good, doesn't it?
