I saw Pulp Fiction in the theater and thought the guy was a genius. I watched Resevoir Dogs shortly thereafter and enjoyed it, but not as much. I've seen every one of his subsequent movies. Some are okay, but that is more due to the acting (i.e. Inglourious Basterds). But I think Tarantino is a one-trick pony. He's very good at that one niche, but it's run it's course. He's not one of the great filmmakers in my opinion.sportchampps;1540057 wrote:I have to disagree with white chocolate Jack Kerouac and Tarantino
i will ill take white over dark chocolate anyday. Kerouac started the whole beat writing generation so if you don't like his work he still responsible for a whole style of writing. Tarantino makes great movies and before his last two most people didn't even go see his movies in theaters.
I agree that Kerouac was a trendsetting writer. I just don't particularly enjoy his writing. I was never an "On the Road" or "Darma Bums" fan.

And white chocolate has ZERO chocolate in it! It cannot be classified as chocolate!sportchampps;1540057 wrote:I have to disagree with white chocolate Jack Kerouac and Tarantino

May not be legit at all but I tried to find a stat to show a player's value to his team that can be compared over the years.Commander of Awesome;1540598 wrote:Terry Bradshaw and Joe Namath. Horrible QBs in the HoF.

Bradshaw is grouped in with a bunch of legit HOF players.....Namath is way down the list.
Woodson is way up there. Surprised Polamalu is that far down but he's never been one to really rack up the stats...kinda hard to measure.
Boomer and Ken Anderson well up there.

Just to totally nerd it up a lil' more- At one time A&F was a cool outdoor store. My brother has one of their original traveling fishing rods.wes_mantooth;1540784 wrote:Same can be said of Hollister and A &F
I don't think he realizes how much it may be worth since he still uses it on camping trips.
