I'll begin.

The Northstar Cafe in Columbus. What a pile of shit. Expensive, average food and the place is always filled with hipsters.

I love Rasicci's as well. Never had Rocco's. Also like Romeos.

Romeo's is decent for a chain, but I am not a fan of large chunks of tomato in my sauce.
