Things don't really add up, but TMZ ends up being correct more often than not.
If it turns out to be true, guess who might end up becoming only the second two-time Heisman Trophy winner...FUUUUUUCK!!!!

I'd rather have that and the Buckeyes play in the national championship.

Yeah if true I'm amazed it took 11 months to come out.

If it's true, and that's a big if, isn't FSU just screwed? I believe their backup QB just had surgery on his knee and is out for the year, so they'd be down to their 3rd string QB.

The defense is good enough for them to win the rest of their games. But yeah they'd have no shot to win the title if they even made it there.

I would guess you have zero experience with a female. Judging by your posts and avatar that is.

I'd assume the pollsters would not vote for them as #2 without him at the helm?

Don't know the whole story(no one does) but this seems to happen anytime a player is put into the spotlight. Look what happened to Carlos Hyde; barely bumped a girl and was suspended. I don't see how FSU gets out of this without suspending him for at least a game.

As far as the two time Heisman thing, I don't really care if it happens again but I don't think it'll ever happen again.

It's a Florida (ie: SEC in all but actual affiliation) college. They won't suspend him unless every governing body in the land demands it. If that was good enough for DAD-GUM BOBBY BOWDEN, it's good enough for some guy named Jimbolololol.

"The incident report does not name Winston and describes the offender as being between 5-foot-9 and 5-11. Winston is listed by Florida State as being 6-4."

Seems legit...
People are repeating that a lot to show it's not him. Now I have no reason to believe that he is the person who perpetrated this alleged crime. But two points come to mind that allow it to be possible it was actually Winston.

1. Athletes tend to be listed at 1-2 inches taller than they really are.

2. I doubt the victim had him stand up to a wall so she could measure him.

I don't believe there is enough information out there currently to come to any conclusion, but I also don't think the height thing shows there is no way it can be him.

The whole thing is a mess. It is difficult to clear Winston's name if he's innocent, and it is nearly impossible to prosecute given the shaky complainant.

Winston will be charged and it will be enough to put an SEC team into the title game.

I'd think that is good news for Winston right? If they're going to charge him I'd think they would just charge him with rape, not have a press conference.

I'd actually rather play Auburn or Bama; FSU with Winston is a lot tougher.

Winston's not about to be charged. If he was going to be charged they would have done it right away and taken him into custody (unless they are afraid of riots and want to have the proper authorities in place... but I doubt that)

Probably having a press conference so they can answer questions about their improper handling of the situation. Doubt he gets charged.
