LOL...this guy just making shit up. Nobody is making excuses for Roby, and how many Buckeye fans on here have actually said they would make and/or win the NCG?? We've discussed what needs to happen to make the NCG game, but I'm not sure anyone(outside of sleeper) has sat here and said they deserve to be in the NCG.

This whole post just screams "DERP!". From the forced (and painfully stupid) political analogy to start out with to the complete "chicken little" thing about how they'll be lucky to make the Rose Bowl (apparently I've been missing out on how MSU is a completely dominant dynamo who'd be favored against, well, everyone not named Notre Dame, I guess...).

It all screams of the frustration of not really being able to troll during two games won by a combined score of 119-14, so jumping wildly on the first opportunity...regardless of how poorly thought out any of it is.


As for stuff that actually has importance, as opposed to a guy who seems desperate to rival Sleeper in the "no logic whatsoever" category...what's the word on Boza? Too lazy to read an entire thread for information, but the defense really went down the shitter as soon as he left (from bend w/o breaking to just fuckin' broke).

The defense wasn't that awful either. Illinois had 5.8 yards per attempt and 3.5 yards per carry. The backup linebackers were just getting sucked in on fakes and not allowing the D to get off the field. Not to mention it looks like the team was packed up ready to go home in the 1st quarter. Every time they showed the sidelines the whole team just looked so uninterested.

Dunno, I'm not in the Locker room. Could be coaches, could be players themselves just being overconfident and thinking they can walk through the game. Probably a combo of some coaches joking around about Illinois during the week combined with the perception the players already had.
