I don't understand that comment. That's what they get?

They are playing like dogshit in all facets of the game. I don't see how a tougher schedule has anything to do with that.
They haven't played a team with a pulse all year so it's no surprise when they are playing a really good team that they are getting their asses kicked and look like deer in headlights. Louisville is better regardless but there's no way they were prepared to play this game based on the teams they played, that's all I'm saying.

Scott is single handedly killing any chance OSU had. How many turnovers?

If we had made all the layups and dunks we have missed, this would be a close game.

Could be a 7pt game if we make these FT's. Keep Scott on bench. Russell doing well running team right now.

Our zone is just too easy to run offense against, you can basically get any open shot you want on us.

Not a fan of the zone either. But UL only has 56 pts at this time. It was more of OSU offense, turnovers, missed open shots, miss FT's and rebounding, early on that put them behind.

At least we can now put to bed all the talk about Shannon Scott being good, like some wanted to claim after the first few games.

He is what he is. He'll be ok for most part. But good to see Matta has Russell as option at the PG position and good to see Matta stick with keeping Scott on bench as a senior. Wasn't sure he would stick to that.

Good comeback by Bucks. Not enough time to pull this out. Just can't bury yourself by 19 and expect to come back. Not one for moral victories, but they looked much better in second half and will learn from this.

Scott fucking blows. He's fine against scrubs, but he can't be depended on when it matters.

I'm not as mad about this game now. They could have packed it in, but they showed some grit. This will be good for them.

About the score I thought it'd be not the way I thought it'd get there. But definitely happy with how they didn't roll over and fought till the end.

Few other observations. Really like the way Loving has played this year, he has to learn to defend without fouling so much though. Tate has a nice game, but he has to learn to finish at the rim. Would be nice to have some senior leadership, but when your seniors aren't very good, it's hard for them to lead. It looks like Russell will have to be the leader of this team.

He'll be "ok"..meaning, he is what he is and OSU has NO other options but Russell. And Russell isn't true PG who can play that position the entire game. I have never been a huge fan of Scott. He plays hard, great defense. But limited offensively and last nite was terrible. And I hope Matta continues to do what he did, bench him when he plays poorly. If he plays within the game, doesn't force things, he will be "ok", and have his good moments. Thats all I meant by that. If there was another option, great. There is not.

Not question that this is Russell team. Agree about Loving. I think he is a big part of why OSU is playing zone, he isn't the best defender 1 on 1. Stupid fouls. Losing him hurt as he was the other option offensively other than Russell.
