That video clearly shows the lady trying to ram that one baracade but by that point there is police everywhere. So something had to have happened before that. Thank god they didn't hit the child. That'd have been bad.

Are we 100% positive that the lady was even driving the car? I think a more likely story is that there was a gun behind the wheel.
