Swisher needs to start seeing a sports pyschologist this off-season if he isn't already.
This team is on the verge for next year, and he has to be a part of it in the post season.
He is a career .169 hitter in 154 post season AB's, and it is part of why the Yankees didn't retain him. He is too good a player, and too important to this team going forward to not find a way to snap out of this.
I don't mean to single him out, but it is like a switch goes off with the guy in the post season and it needs to be addressed by him if it hasn't already.
This team is close, and that is the good news.
