If what they see on tape is what they called on the field, they say the call is confirmed. If they say it stands, it means they didn't have enough on tape to overturn it but can't confirm they got it right. Call stands = no evidence to prove anything different (not necessarily admitting fault)
Confirmed = they had video evidence to prove it
