Expect the muni lot to be a disaster. People working there will have the front lot mostly filled until 5ish, and the city has been complete morons with the lot this year.

This is fact. Best time I ever had in Cleveland was MNF against the Giants 5-6 years ago.

That might have something to do with the fact that they were defending Super Bowl champs on an 11-game win streak and we whooped their asses by three touchdowns.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I don't even think we had to punt once that game.

Same shiny different year. We will go 4-12. Chud and co will he fired and we will switch to the 4-3 next year. This is a full blown tank job. I look for hover to throw 4 INTs and negative yards Bills win by 38

You spend more time trying to reverse jinx the browns that you forget the steelers are 0-4.

Nah, I didnt forget. Steelers have had a good run in my adult life so far, and it was about time they came back down to reality. Not that I like it but hey, I am a realist and even the dumbest of fans had to see this coming.

The franchise has rebuilt before and I imagine it will again. When you go into games expecting to lose it makes it a little less painful to watch. I now know what browns fans have been feeling over the last couple of decades.

Browns really could play themselves into a dilemna. If they continue to improve, and beating the bengals is H U G E, then what do they do with their QB position? Do you trust in him or try to draft someone who you believe will be the franchise?

They are sitting good though with alot of picks so if they decide to go the route of one of the top QBs they could move way, way up.

If Hoyer gets them a pick outside of the top 10, I'm all for the Browns drafting players to put around Hoyer. I'm a firm believer of building a team and making the QB the final piece anyhow, so it wouldn't bother me.

I think you need to build a team around the most important player on the team...and that is the QB. You find what his strengths are and then you build from there and not the other way around.

How often does that work? More often than not, when a bad team drafts a QB, that QB doesn't last long. On the other hand you have already established teams like the Steelers w/ Ben, Ravens with Flacco, Seahawks with Wilson, and 49ers w/ Kaep who all have success because they step into a situation where the already have a team built around them, and the pressure of the organization isn't on their shoulders.

I think that nfl teams that need a QB and have the chance to draft that QB, they will do so and build around him. The offense you run in predicated on the style of QB you have, and the other pieces around you are determined by what type of offense you run.

You brought up a few names and some dropped into successful teams already like Kap did. BR was drafted 7th after a bad steelers team went 6-10, and the offense going forward was built around him for the most part. Wilson wasnt supposed to be the franchis in Seattle as flynn was signed for almost 20 millio to be their guy. Flacco was drafted in the middle of the first round. The defense was there, and the offense has since been built around him.

The browns need to get their franchise guy next year if they dont feel Hoyer or Weeden is the guy, and then move forward with the rest of the offense.

Roethlisberger was actually selected 11th, not 7th.

The Steelers weren't a bad team, they had terrible QB play, the rest of the team was there.

I'm kind of worried because this is exactly the kind of game the browns would lose in the past. Win a couple games…..the fans start feeling good about the team…then BAM!! They lose to somebody like the Bills and the season goes downhill from there……..I've been a Browns fan too long to allow myself to enjoy being the favorite........smh.

For all of the hype the Browns D has been getting, they'd better not disappoint this week. Plugged them in as my defense on 4 of my 6 fantasy teams.

They better be raping if CJ Spiller doesn't play. Also hope they quit giving up the fucking 3rd and longs.

Yeah, Spiller and Reggie Bush (next week) are concerns to me. If those guys get open in space it can get ugly.

CJ Spiller has been terrible this year, not that he can't have a good game, but I wouldn't expect it.
