That right hump day and heading to the weekend of fun and relaxation

GOOD MORNING

I got 4 butt roast and 4 slabs of ribs in the refrigerator will Belly rub, preparing for this weekend party.
Firing up the smoker and eleven hours of cooking.....
Pulled pork, ribs, Belly BBQ sauce, cole slaw, grilled corn, potatoe salad and whatever 35 other people bring

Thanks for reminding me; I need to get my smoker fired up also ---- probably brisket, ribs, and a few turkey legs. Generally a 12-pack project and good time spent with the pup.
