Heading up there today for the first time. Just looking for any tips/suggestion before I go. Best route to avoid traffic? How early you should get there? Etc.

Yea, that's what I've been hearing. I think we are just going to leave plenty early enough to try to beat the traffic.

I was able to avoid traffic in once, but was in downtown Akron so we took Market north and then some back roads following GPS. Made it almost to the entrance until we saw traffic. After the concert was a totally different story, probably will never go back there as it is a complete clusterfuck after a show.

Just leave early and drink in the parking lot. That's what I'm doing.
