I think that McIlroy/Westwood at -3 is about as far back as realistically has a chance, and that is probably pushing it. I think the winner is going to come from somewhere in that group of 6 guys that are -5 or better right now as 1 of them is bound to have a decent round.Ironman92;1485121 wrote:They almost always come back to the pack early in the round.
They have somewhat separated themselves from the field in that if any of that group shoots 67 or better it basically takes the rest of the field out of the tournament as the winning score would at a minimum be -8.
I just don't see the -2 or lower group being in this as it would require a near record round coupled with a total collapse of basically all 8 guys in front of that group which just doesn't seem likely. Someone is bound to play well or get it going.
