Yeah so terrible. Game should be 13-10 or at the very least 10-10.

Well 47 yard one was hard but that 23 yard FG was terrible. UT has to stop em here

This is starting to look bad for winston. Media called for hyde to be suspended before charges were ever brought, will they do the same now? Doubt it.

Still this will be a very hard case to prove. But charges of some kind look pretty plausible now.

Well I guess that 6'4" vs. 5"10" defense or whatever the discrepancy was that people kept spouting off is officially invalid.

How this unfolds will be very interesting.

the Florida state crime lab determined that the chances of the DNA in the woman's underwear are a match for someone other than Winston was one in 2.2 trillion.

Media is probably waiting for the Mindy Drayer sketch of the Winston situation before they deem him guilty.

They're as good as UT, but not NIU...not even close.

Pure speculation here as obviously someone is innocent until proven guilty. BUT, if FSU boots Winston....do they still stay at #2 in coaches poll, any poll? How does this affect everything IF Winston is not with FSU?

My opinion...

They stay 2 til they are beaten.

Yeah.

OR they could drop with a a couple shitty showings in the next 2 weeks(won't happen even w/o Jameis) and OSU and/or Baylor looking dominant. But we all know the only team that drop in the rankings after winning is OSU lol.

I'm extremely concerned that nothing will happen until after the season. Not concerned from an Ohio State standpoint, concerned from a morality standpoint.

I heard yesterday late last night from Neil Everett on the Sportscenter when he reported the DNA match that the police in Tallahassee had told the victim's family not to press the issue because of the high profile nature.

Then I read this from Pat Forde, http://sports.yahoo.com/news/ncaaf--statement-from-accuser-s-family-raises-questions-about-police-conduct-in-jameis-winston-case-203041467.html.

Absolutely disgusting. To me, this is hardly any different than Steubenville, at least in the cover-up sense, because of the lack of initiative taken by the authorities.

Also, if it turns out FSU had any hand in covering it up, the human pollsters could very well drop them. Also, it wouldn't be unprecedented, no matter how unlikely, for the final polls to drop FSU if Jameis is out for the bowl game (call it the Kenyon Martin syndrome).

If anyone at FSU is charged with a felony they are immediately suspended from the team.

As for the situation I agree with lhslep. Absolutely terrible if there was a coverup.

It appears the accuser won't pursue? If that's the case I doubt the state will go any further.

I don't see them staying at 2 without Winston.
