Richt may not name "coach in waiting", but I'll guess he either steps down or gets canned by 2017. The UGA faithful are about fed up with him.

I guarantee you 100% those players were given money. But nothing will come of it, just like Johnny Manziel. Unless, that "disassociated booster" has a beef with Saban and the university and has proof of the payments.
