Clickable basketball schedules for every team in Ohio are available at the link below. Many of the teams have scores entered for the games that they have played.
In greater Northwest Ohio, the best site is Davey1. All the schedules from Ashland to the Indiana line and north from Toledo to Mansfield. Plus all the scores of games usually entered within 24 hours of the games being played. Has proven to be quite accurate and it is done by conference/league.

Yappi and their mods put together the schedules. (everyone submits schedules for every team in Ohio). Then all the scores on those schedules/links are all posted by Yappi members. It's truly a total team effort.

Additionally, standings can be found by going to Winter Sports, Boys Basketball and Conference Pages (choose the conference you want) at OHSN.org
