I figured we should dedicate a thread to this POS instead of mucking up the random NFL thread.

Has anyone been keeping up since the court documents have been released?

The guy is so dumb, it's laughable.

-Cops knock on the door, tells his fiancée "Lloyd is dead", she starts balling.
-Cops tell Hernandez "Just a few questions, this is a murder investigation" *does not ask who died, gets confrontational and slams the door in their face*

Also, he straight up confessed to a friend. :laugh:

I do have to say that the accomplice who's talking came across like a guy trying to distance himself from the actual murdering, but having no idea how to come across as remotely truthful in doing so. From the Yahoo article discussing the stuff the OP posted:
Ortiz told police that during the drive Hernandez told Lloyd that Lloyd had been ''chilling'' with people Hernandez had problems with, the documents say. But Ortiz told police the two men shook hands and the problem seemed smoothed over. However, the Altima soon stopped, and everyone but Ortiz got out to urinate, according to Ortiz's account.

The witness told police he then heard gunshots before Hernandez and Wallace got back into the car without Lloyd and the car sped away.
Yeah. The four were driving together and EVERYONE but Ortiz got out to piss when the shooting happened. Of course.

Murder took place in Connecticut, I believe.

I imagine that either Hernandez and the other two knew what was going to happen OR neither knew and thought they were just gonna scare teh shit out of the guy and hernandez called an audible and shot him.

Either way...they are all fucked, and since they need someone to tell them who did what they will take whomever talks first and it looks like it is this punk.

and he just was indicted on two other murders......
