So retarded that the fan vote pick doesn't go to puig after freeman was injured. Why wouldn't it jut automatically be the 2nd place vote getter? So dumb

Agreed that it should go to the 2nd place guy.

Matt Harvey gets the starting nod for the NL in front of his home fans ... very happy day to be a Mets fan (with Wright starting as well). Mets actually have the most wins in the NL East over the past month, with a bevy of young starting pitching. Bats? Not so much haha

Never really got into watching the ASG over the years. Mostly because growing up we always had some sort of baseball game that night anyways and would miss much of it. Nowadays I watch it a little bit for just one reason, to see who will get home field advantage for the WS. Kidding, I watch the same reason I do the pro bowl (usually nothing else sports related on tv and 2. watch and hope players from your team do not get hurt)

I'm going with Davis to win it and then drop off drastically after the all star break.

I think Bryce Harper wins, and by a considerable margin. Just a hunch, but I think he will dominate tonight. But, of course, I am rooting for David Wright. Lefties have an advantage at Citi, even with the fences moved in in left field.

I am rooting for Harper, Wright, or Davis. I got 20 on each of them lol. It pains me to say it but I really hope Wright wins would be cool.

I was hoping there would be a gif for this, and deadspin delivers very quickly.

Tim Burke rarely misses anything. I have no idea when the man sleeps.

MLB All-Star game is by far the best. Love seeing some of the great pitcher vs. hitter matchups, and the game actually matters!

Harper's Dad is hurting him IMO....he may not have enough to pitch the 2nd round

Cespedes is a little bit Bo.

Cespedes is showing why it doesn't matter if they are in the ASG or not.....putting on a show.
