More non-interstate speed limits were bumped up today. Route 11 is almost all 70 MPH now, some of route 30 went to 70. Some places that were 55 went to 60 too.

There are maps on ODOT

That is so people will have to spend the least amount of time as possible in Fairfield Cnty.

33 is also 70 from Bellefontaine to Franklin Co. Also, 33 in Hocking County from 180 through the Nelsonville bypass.

Noticed last night that it just changed on Rt 11 going North. It's been 70 mph on I-90 heading toward Erie, PA for quite some time now.

It was nice on 71 south being 70 mph, but I'm not sure everyone on the road knew it. Several cars were still going no faster than 65. Held up traffic in some spots pretty bad.

Actually we have a lay over in Winston-Salem on Friday/Saturday for a family wedding, but the manager of the country club where the reception's being held said he'll have the television on in the mens grill for me to watch the game : thumbup:

Well if you havent been before make sure you stop in at Mangiamos when you get to the island to see all the Buckeye memoribilia. Tell 'em Tiernan sent you.

They could raise the speed limit to 90 near me and everyone would still drive 30.
