That's the common misconception with preworkout stuff. It gets you going, wakes yo up, makes you alert, etc.
I would drag ass to the gym after work, slam some jack3d and I'm ready to go.

I guess when I take it I already know I'm going to the gym, so it doesn't really make a difference. I never expect anything, but an extra rep on the first set of the day would be nice.

I think the general idea behind nitric acid is the "wired" effect. It would be nice if it produced that "Viagra-like" effect on muscles like it originally claimed to do.

Got a new app recently to track workouts called Strong. Solid app, but 5.99 to get all the features. It does exactly what I want it. Tracks workouts/progress and lets you customize routines. It has an extensive bank of exercises and also lets you add your own. Only thing I don't like is having to fuck with my phone a lot at the gym.

I've tried apps before and i never stick with them for this reason. I got through phases of tracking my weight and pen and paper has always been the easiest over an app.Automatik;1683896 wrote:Got a new app recently to track workouts called Strong. I find myself irritable if I don't work out at least three times a week.

For those looking to build mass who also split up their bodyparts, try this on a shoulder day.
After doing your sets of pressing movements (dumbbell press, behind the necks, etc), use this "giant" set as a finisher.
Front plate raises - 25 reps
Rear Delt Machine or Bent Laterals - 25 reps
Side Laterals - 25 reps
Upright Rows - 25 reps
If you want to crawl out of the gym, do a second giant set for 200 reps.

Well if there is one way to get a 24+ hour fast (or in my case 48+ hour fast), it's by getting the flu on xmas morning smh. I am still having a hard time finding an appetite. I get full a lot quicker.

Ever get to the gym and forget your shorts? I'm just sitting here waiting for my buddy to bring some because it would take me an hour to get home and back. Feel like a moron.
