How much would it be worth to you to increase your strength, balance and relief of some pain in the joints?

Disregard T-Nation's attempt to pimp their products in this article. Some simple, but good, stuff here.....

Increase your strength, balance and reduce joint pain... No takers...and I can prove it in just 5 minutes.

Frankly, equilibrium is overrated....I prefer my joints to ache and weakness is a virtue. :)

Ok..
What would it be worth to have increase in strength and balance, with the potential to relieve joint pain, increase healing just by drinking water?

Anybody follow good health food blogs/websites?

I am looking for blogs that give recipes and preferably list the macros. I current use fitmencook.com which is a good one, but would like more variety.

Any of you weight lifting guys live near canton. I can improve your strength in a matter of minutes.
had a athlete that could do 235 lbs I bench press, best he could ever achieve was 9 reps. In one minute after I used ( let's call it positive energy) he did 11 rep at 235

any of you weight guy want to test my theory Positive energy...

Note: no chemicals, no pills, no devices to wear, no injections .... You bring your own water...
