Actually this isnt about the kid for me. This is all about Mooney and their "tactics". But to your comment... in my reality, actions have consequences. Every action. Also, it doesnt give me a warm n fuzzy feeling when a public school loses a good kid. Especially one that has deep ties to that school. So part of me feels bad for struthers because campbell has been there done that over n over. Do I feel bad? No. This at its core represents everything wrong with high school sports.

In no way do I condone the actions of the coach involves here, and I do a agree that it's a violation, but it's a minor one.
Meanwhile, kids that played for Mooney last year are starting at Boardman, Struthers and Ursuline

Listen, I've never had a problem with a kid going to Mooney or any other school starting out as freshmen. I don't agree with the way some "transfers" go like in the case Derrell Johnson Koulianos. He left after his junior year. But a freshmen is different in my opinion. Laz is a freshmen and wanted to play QB for the varsity. When he found out that wasn't going to happen he left. George left after his freshmen year. Nothing strange on either one. Listen I played for Campbell and you need to understand that we don't own these kids! It's as simple as that! We've gotten more than are fair share of kids that didn't live in Campbell when they played for the Red Devils trust me on that. I'll give you examples if you want them.

you asked me who campbell lost to mooney and I told you...you can make excuses by saying "nothing strange", but you posed the question I answered. Also you dont seem like much of a Red Devil fan I want to be associated with in any way shape or form. Im sure youre going to come and pound your chest that your the best fan ever, but youre the type of fan campbell doesnt need. Examples? So you are going to bash your alma mater? DevilONE? ya right. stay in warren or better yet go watch mooney since youre such a fan of theirs. you dont know a thing about being a devil. bash your own school for the sake of sticking up for mooney...smh. shame on you.

More of a Devil than you could ever hope to be in your life!!! If you knew me you'd know that! I would never bash my school but I call it like I see it. I was a captain on the 1989 state runner ups and I can tell you for a fact we had two players that didn't live in Campbell!!! There was no open enrollment, so pot meet kettle, this happens at every school in the valley! Get your head out of the sand! No. Offensively 86 team doesn't touch us talent wise. Defensively we were better to. But the 86 team led the way and showed what we had to strive for.
