There's no way the jury could have been 97% sure that he was guilty based on the laws at hand. His wife is @#$# who just wants attention. Case closed.

I think she's just positioning herself to exploit his trial, on multiple levels, in the divorce proceedings.

What we don't know is Zimmerman may have already gotten a sizeable settlement from one or more news organizations. To say nothing of future book/tv deals. She's going to want a piece of all that.

Maybe George just punched himself in the face and beat his own head on the concrete to cover it up.

While this guy just doesn't seem to get it, he was still defending himself from a thug that night.

Perhaps, but his record before and after the incident shows him to be a POS. Agree with the message if you wish, but people should quit defending the messenger.

He may be a POS, but POS's can be attacked just like anyone else.

Yeah I can't stand hearing/seeing people post these articles and say "I hope those jurors realize how big of a mistake they made.."

So because he beat someone up now, he should have been arrested for murder back then? Okay

Correct verdict, but this sort of thing would likely be very relevant in a civil trial.

But I wonder what he is doing for money these days. Haven't heard of any major settlements over potential liable/slander suits he could have.
