I like how procecutor is bringing up everything TM did that was legal, right up until he punched GZ in the face. And he remembered every word TM said, except for the "creepy ass cracker" part.

His closing argument is right in line with the rest of the case, he's grasping at straws. Has nothing to really pin on GZ.

The dude is just doing his job. But yeah, it is ridiculous. I'm sure in his head he's thinking, it's ridiculous that I'm even doing this right now. There wasn't a case from the start. Politics brought this to trial, period.

That's the justice system in a nutshell, except it's usually done before trial. Stack charges and coerce a guilty plea to a lesser charge based on the 4,000 years in prison the person is facing if they decide to go to trial.

Just for clarification, are you saying that there should be a race war if he is found innocent, or that it is rightly so that he should be found innocent?

If there is a race riot, are the negros only going to riot against "White-Hispanics"?.... or will it be against all hispanics (regardless of color)....or will it be against whites who may look like hispanics....or will it be against "Light colored negros"....or just against whites?

Or will it be a riot just for the sake of a riot.?

1) It's not guilty, no one is innocent if they're on trial.

2) they'll riot because it's another reason to say the white man is keeping the black man down! If OJ and Casey Anthony can get off it wouldn't shock me to see Zimm get life in prison.

The state of FL has "the fix" in on this one. No way Zimmy walks and no way he does anymore than 5 yrs. End result is Blacks get to act all pissed he didn't get more but they can live with it. Whites get to gripe about how there was "no evidence" but they can live with it and everybody is happy until the next race trial.
