In my opinion if you took the top level women from any culture/race/country whatever, Latin/Spanish women would be tops for me. South America, Spain, or even American women who have latin/spanish roots.

I base this off of Celebrity/Models/Athletes etc.. As I have not really been all over the world like some posters so I can't judge what the next door neighbor looks like.

I think I agree but would like to compare the opposite of South American = Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway and Sweden) with nothing but tall blonde hair and blue eyed.

I'm more for the darker hair, olive skin of South American women but Sweden has some really hot chicks.
