Hey guys, just wanted to give you fair warning. I will be tweaking some features tonight in order to help speed things up. You might see avatars disappear for a while and thread ratings go away. Don't panic, avatars will come back. Thread ratings might not if there is a significant speed increase.

I also want to give a quick apology if the site has seemed a little slow. Obviously the site is new and I am really learning about running a forum as I go. Just stick with me and I promise things will be running smoother soon as I work through the growing pains.

Thanks again for all of your support, this forum wouldn't work without you guys.

Been out of the loop over at JJ for most of the summer...too busy.

Come back for a week or two and can't believe the chaos. This seems like quite the viable alternative.

Great job thus far, one small thing that I miss:

I always liked when I clicked on userCP that my subscribed threads popped up.
Now I have to click an extra time, nothing big, just wondering if it would be easy to set up.

Good luck kid. I should mention you could have increasing traffic on this site. When they find out the legendary GRAYWOLF is here (legendary in my own mind). They will all want to come tarnish my good posts. (pile on) I think I've made many cry and they hate me.:)

I would have found it darkly amusing if the contents of this thread were "Pardon the upcoming site tweaks, to remain viable and competitive we will be introducing a tiered membership program. Basic membership is free and allows you to post in the "Please kill me" forum. Premium membership will cost only $15 a year. Less than two dollars a month!"
