Perez in a non save situation. Not if he gives up a run...but rather how many?

Extra innings are the worst for the people in the stadium. If this game goes much longer those poor people are going to be sober before its over.

Stubbs...that was some speed. Picked off but beats the throw to 2nd. Wow.

No need for sarcasm, and yes, he has looked awkward and uncomfortable at the plate the last few games....do you think he looked comfortable on his two strikouts and the weak gounder to short? and how about the weak pop-ups to the infield his the last game (with risp)? I wasn't ripping the guy, I merely said he looked awkward...smhSonofanump;1444751 wrote:Was that 405 ft flyout awkward?

I think he look awkward everytime he steps to the plate. He is a free swinging power feast or famine guy. I like his bat, especially near the .260 mark. Now once he starts batting .230 for a few weeks, then his K's might get old if all his hits are not over the fence.vball10set;1444830 wrote:No need for sarcasm, and yes, he has looked awkward and uncomfortable at the plate the last few games....do you think he looked comfortable on his two strikouts and the weak gounder to short? and how about the weak pop-ups to the infield his the last game (with risp)? Awesome game last night. I'll be attending Sunday's game. 2nd row in right field for 20 bucks. Hard to beat that. Really want to go over today but can't talk anyone into attending. Looks nice outside tho

This reminds me a lot of 2 years ago. Tribe were super hot in May. Pronk hit a walk off on a Friday night at home vs Seattle with a great crowd on hand.
Next 2 days were rained out and the Tribe never really found a groove again and we all know how the season ended up.
Hopefully there is no rain this year and this team is equipped for the long haul.

McAllister with 5 efficient and sharp innings so far. Lead off double in the first and back to back singles in the 3rd the only trouble he has had work through.
Let's get him some runs.

Can't believe Swisher's stayed in the yard...and can't believe Reynolds got that thing out.

His RBI single in the first is the huge difference in Reynolds. In past years a 3-1 count he would have tried to pull it. He stayed back and shot it the other way. Also thank you Yankees for traded us Mcallister for Austin Kearns lol

I like the approach of all these guys. Kipnis fighting off that RBI single last inning the other. He pulls that is a weak grounder to 2nd.
Very nice start for Mcallister.

Tough luck for Mcallister. Deserved the win today.
