Yeah, me neither. They were just talking about it.Laley23;1543242 wrote:Wait, the dude from Florida Gulf Coast???
I didnt even know he transfered.
"The issue becomes playing teams (****like Cleveland St.****) this early is not fair for my team," Calipari said Thursday. "It may be fair for everybody else. But it's no fair for my team. …It's just not traditional in the sense everybody stays four years. So it's not fair when we walk in and everybody else is more experienced."
I changed, as you probably figured, Michigan State for Cleveland State...but yeah. The fact he actually said that before the game, making an excuse in case they lost while also building up what would be an epic win, is ridiculous.wildcats20;1543250 wrote:Hahaha Cal is a fucking joke.
I laughed very hard at that quote when I saw it before that MSU game.Laley23;1543252 wrote:I changed, as you probably figured, Michigan State for Cleveland State...but yeah. Yep. But, I think the worst part is that we KNOW it wouldve been spun as some amazing victory had his inexperienced team, at such a disadvantage, won the game.SportsAndLady;1543253 wrote:I laughed very hard at that quote when I saw it before that MSU game.
Just reeks of "here's my excuse if we lose tonight"
I like the quote, but hate Jimmy Dykes.Laley23;1543255 wrote:Love this quote from Dykes...

Varidel with 31 points at half. I don't know if he's hard to guard, Baylor has not tried yet
I mean I know you're defending your guy, but what the hell does that have to do with Cal's quote lolAzubuike24;1543265 wrote:I think Cal also knows a November win is meaningless.
He's gotta say whatever it takes to mold the team and the players to what he wants.SportsAndLady;1543275 wrote:I mean I know you're defending your guy, but what the hell does that have to do with Cal's quote lol
Really too bad Sibert wasn't willing to wait his turn. He coulda got some serious minutes last year as well as this year IMO. But it happens. Good to see him doing well.Prescott;1543421 wrote:At least OSU fans know that Thad knows what a good shooter looks like. Jordan Sibert has scored in double figures in every game this year. With extended minutes against Georgia Tech and Gonzaga Sibert scored 20 and 23 points respectively and has gone 16/28 from the field and 9/19 behind the arc.
For the season: 15.9 ppg and 59% from the field.
