How about ND giving Charlie Weis a 10 yr contract extension after 5 games in his 1st year?

Exactly. When the powers that are in charge of educating college kids can pull a move like that? Jobs move to China! LOL

I don't know about that. A close loss to USC is probably the best ND accomplishment of the past 20 years.

Winner [but really first loser]: Woodrow Hayes punching a Clemson player.

First Runner up: Maurice Clarett attempting to win a legal battle against the National Football League.

Second Runner up: That Terrelle Pryor kid deciding to say that 'everybody murders' when asked about his Michael Vick eyeblack.

I think mugging people without concealing his face, and then driving around their neighborhood drinking grey goose while carrying an ak was a much dumber move. Maybe it's just me. :)

September claiming Dover would kill Big red with bubble screens all night.

Or Dover actually repeatedly trying to use bubble screens and racking up 9 yrds offense in the first half.

I think there are too many to list.

But, as much as I love him, the Woody Hayes vs. Clemson Player incident is near the top. Absolutely ridiculous.
