I think they may be waiting for him to pass out. The flash bangs seem to be used just to determine how ambular he still is. Otherwise I'm not sure of the point of mentioning every time he scratches his nuts.

Kinda funny story... I stopped at Bdubs for a beer after work, and while I was there, this big buzzed black dude SCREAMS out "I think Boston needs to trade for Ray Allen because that sharp shooter would have ended this bullshit already!".

I say doubtful. Originally they were wearing body armor. They bailed pretty quickly and I'd be surprised if their suitcase included a suicide vest. They don't appear to be of the true-believer suicide mindset.

There IS 20 gallons of gas in that tank...
