What a game. The Bobcats forced two overtimes but came up a little short and St. Johns did what great teams do. They win when things get really tough.
Chauncey Orr was tremendous with 25 points and handled the ball very well, slashing to the hole on a number of occasions. Max Beattie knocked down 13 including a long three with a St. Johns defender right in his face right at the end of OT #1 sending the game into another extra period. Norrills made some big foul shots in the second OT and the Titans found their stroke from the line just in time. A great, great game that both teams put it on the line for. Wow!

Sorry but I don't have the Johnnie's individual scoring leaders but their guards were considerably quicker than anyone else on the floor. Big crowd, big game, and big effort from both squads tonight.

For St. John's:

Nick Felhaber 4-0-11, TJ Gillespie 3-5-12, DJ Bonds 2-0-4, Jay Springs 5-6-17, Cheatham Norrils 4-8-16, Marc Loving 5-2-13. That is looking it over quickly.

Story, a picture or two, stats, etc. will be up at www.ohsn.org later tonight.
