He signed the damn scorecard because the rules official told him there was no penalty. How can he be DQ'd when they told him there was no penalty and he then signed for a 71?
Huh? They didn't tell him anything before he played the shot. Then some jackass called in and said he committed a violation. They reviewed the tape, said it wasn't an issue, so he signed the card. Then they reviewed it again after he told Rinaldi that he dropped two yards further back and penalized him.
