Nice room up at Kilbourne tonight. I know my four-man group got a heck of a workout. We were all spent by the time it was all said and done. We'll be back next week for sure. Bw133, hope to see you there.

Thomas Worthington has open mats on Tuesday from 6:30-8, they have been doing them for a while just no publicity for it, stopped by there a couple times, good wrestling, Caleb Messerall might stop by there so people should come check it out

thanks to all the wrestlers who keep showing up every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at Kilbourne High School. Last night we had around 30 guys from Marysville, Liberty, several from Orange, whitehall, west jeff and a few more that I can't remember. this should continue to grow and the competition level will remain high! Hope to see you next Tuesday!

Well its been a while and we are finally back! Whitehall will beholding open mats this Sunday June 23, 2013 at Armory in Whitehall. The address is721 Country Club rd. Tell everyone!!!!!

Olentangy (the original) will be hosting an open mat through the summer on Tuesday nights from 5-6.

Do I have this right? Worthington Kilbourne, Thomas Worthington, Delaware, and now Olentangy will all be hosting open mats on Tuesdays? All North-end schools, all on the same night?
I'm happy people have choices, but in this case, I think fewer choices would be better, so that there's a "critical mass" of wrestlers, and everyone has a better chance of getting appropriate practice partners.
Anyone care to reschedule for some other night?

If you missed last night than you lost out on a great opportunity! We had great numbers. Couple of state placers, champ, college guys, state quilifers, and more. If your not doing anything Sunday nights, come on out. You will love what we have to offer.

It was a really good room at Whitehall Sunday. I know the lowest level guy in my group was a State alternate. There was a qualifier, two placers and myself...and the heavyweight group was a State Champion, a runner-up and a soon-to-be DIII collage All American (not to mention a coach who is partial to the lateral drop). I actually like the space a lot better than the old room as well. It's got a hot, open air thing going on...weight room right there if you want to get in a lift. It just feels like a place where work gets done. I'll be back next week for sure.

You know what it reminds me of? In Rocky IV when rocky is training in that barn in Russia, its kinda like a dungeon or something.

I wrestled yesterday for the first time in roughly three years. A) sore. B) It felt great! Competitive juices are flowing.

yes. Kilbourne will be 6:30 to 8:00 every tuesday until the season starts. thanks!
