Just saw this thread, very happy with the actions you're taking DA

My only regret is that I don't have my bar license in Ohio yet or I'd fight this for you for free (I would have the other side pay attorney's fees). I'm in an estate planning class right now and this is an awesome example of how careful you need to be when wording your will, and the sh*tstorm that results even if you're careful.

Bitch pled out to "disorderly conduct" 10 days jail suspended and 100.00 fine

DUI is coming up Wednesday. She'll probable get a fine and time served.

Eviction day!!

I took the day off wark to move the bitch out. Called the Sherrif and He watched as I and a couple of buddies moved all of her stuff out. We piled it neatly in the front yard.

When I moved her stuff out of the bedroom, I found quite the assortment of dildoes and vibrators. I made sure to prominantly display them in front of all of her stuff in the front yard.

The Sheriff waited until it was empty and as I changed the locks on the house :)

I then gave her a courtesy call at her work to tell her all of her stuff was outside.

This will be an entertaining afternoon.

On a serious note......You said ya had a cop there to watch. Is this something that the police are willing and usually do when there could be issues when someone is leaving?

It's mandatory in Ohio. The court assigns a baliff (usually a city cop or county sheriff) to supervise all eviction throw outs.

Event update:

Most everything is gone besides a 15 year ols VCR, a rotary 19"television, some asst clothes, and 2 well used dildoes.

Somebody threw a brick through the front window and tried ( unsuccsessfully) to kick in the front door.

one of the neighbors got a plate # and called the police.
