As the executor of his estate, I was just getting ready to get everything finalized. Yesterday, his spazz of an ex produces a will that is 20 years old and is attempting to protest a newer will that he made 6 months after their divorce and leaves everything to their only son.

Fucking bitch left him when he was getting chemotherapy, and now she wants the other half of his stuff that was left from the divorce.


She is effectively suing her own son. He left everything to him.


She also filed suit against his life insurance company. TB left it all ( a little over 300 grand ) to little TB.


Now I have to hire a lawyer to fight this shit off. She is only costing her own son money.

You know where she lives? Scare tactics. Maybe wait in her closet until she goes to bed then let her know she needs to drop the suit or you'll be back. Just a thought...

I talked to my lawyer and instructed him to counter sue for fees and damages to the estate for frivolous claims. His will expressly excluded her.

I also told him that if she drops her claim ( she will ) to go forward with the suit.


Bitch actually had the balls to try and call me today. FML

I'm not LJ, so I'm not a divorce attorney nor am I a legal expert in all 50 states and 189 UN recognized countries, but this looks to be a slam shut case in your favor. I don't see how they can award anything to the ex-wife when there's a more recent will that says otherwise. Good on the late TB for building another will. :thumbup:

Yep. She's getting married next month. Only problem is that the estate owns the house.

I'm trying to get lil bomber to evict her. Bitch has payed nothing. Including the real estate taxes.
