That's the comparison I was trying to think of, but just couldn't place it. I actually think McGary is better at this point. He has a much better handle and control in the open court. Love was great at throwing baseball passes at UCLA, but he couldn't run the floor like McGary. NBA GM's tweeting he's a first rounder. With the loss of Burke, Hardaway, and possibly Robinson, it would be hard for his stock to go up much with as strong as the draft will likely be next year.
