And perhaps these women aren't showing off for anyone at all. Should they not live their lives simply because cameras follow them around? I see plenty of pregnant women at the beach or pool and no one pays any attention whatsoever. Why should a celebrity not be able to indulge in those same activities?

Your problem should be with the people and the publications who buy and sell said pictures and put them on websites and magazines. Not with the pregnant women who are simply going about their daily lives in most cases.
