I also said she's naturally beautiful, but relatively speaking, yes, she doesn't look close to what she does on the big screen without the 3-hrs of make-up and perfect lighting. When I saw her on Punk'd, her air was a bit frazzled to and the lighting and camera angles probably weren't the best. She doesn't have make-up in your photo, but it's still a professional shot from someone presumably trying to get a good photo. And the other photos in that line-up were striking in how bad the people looked, but Olivia Wilde DOES happen to be a great natural beauty.
Here's a few more less flattering shots where I'd say she's almost unrecognizeable (still obviously beautiful, but not someone you'd quickly recognize as Olivia Wilde). Incidentally, she was blonde on Punk'd, and the photo below is more what she looked like on that show. Being a sort of impromptu recording with her out shopping with a friend I think is more reflective of what you'd actually see if you ran into er on the street.
