If Vanmeter did in fact beat Northridge's heavy who qualified for the state tournament last year, then i think that speaks more to the fast-rising talent of this young man more than the quality of the weight class at this tournament.Dust_E_Roads;1379522 wrote:Vanmeter vs. Eubanks was a Semi-final match at the Reynoldsburg JV tournament in December and Eubanks won that match. Strange world we live in when to JV tourney semi-finalists are the FAVORITES to win a big "varsity" tournament. SMH.

I don't know whether he beat the Northridge kid or not, but I know he lost to Eubanks in December and lost to Pick North's Rollo (amongst others) at last week's Cruiser.
