So you are going to disregard #15 putting his right hand into #22 prior to #22 holding him, then after #22 holds #15, #15 puts his left forearm into #22 to separate. You don't get calls if you participate in the questionable action.

Penalty is a penalty. Otherwise, make a separte rulebook for under 2 minutes. This is one of my biggest pet peeve arguments.

Yes, foul for a free kick out of bounds. spot plus 5, or rekick back 5.
