Dennis McNamara the atty for Michael Nodianos issued a statement today that his scumbag client has withdrawn from OSU but is allowed to keep his scholarship money and plans to return to school next semester.

All OSU Alumni should contact the University's Registrar office and make known that we do not want POS like this attending our beloved institution and while you're at it let Dennis McNamara know his public rating just bottomed out for representing this sick bastard.

We should just leave it all up to you... you know, since you single handedly got him "kicked" out.

This turd will walk unless people stay on all the authorities asses and demand some kind sentence. Worse case he is definitely not allowed back in Ohio State University.

His scholarship money may not be OSU money, it could all be local scholarships. OSU may not have any control over his scholarships. They do control whether or not he attends.

Just pointing out some statistics. Do you think that there are not far worse people on tOSU campus? According to those stats, 3 out of 5 of your buddies have taken part in some type of rape. Not defending the creep, just want you to be aware that a college cannot expel someone for "joking about a rape" or perhaps "partaking in a rape" without a criminal case involved.

Since this is a mainstream case, the kid is in deep trouble if he does ever return, but I don't think a petition to get him expelled is going to work too well.

Just my 2 cents.
