Yea, it's just never going to be perfect.

Yeah. That's a big problem for me. For example, I saw where Said was trolling when he got thread-banned. All he did was constantly harp on how the Browns sucked for not getting RGIII. But LikeThat and CoA were destroying Jordo at the beginning of the previous baseball season because he was saying that Indian fans shouldn't be so pessimistic because they had some exciting young guys. And while he trolled in the past, they trolled on the Bengal threads by constantly bringing up their shitty attendance. Of course, he probably trolled before that and so on.

Kind of the problem is that we were lax for ages. But because of that, it seems some people seem to think our modding should take every single previous post into consideration (ie: he trolled before so any damn time he posts on our threads, we're gonna call him out). And in the case of LT and CoA, they go crazy whenever certain people post anywhere because of that past history (aka: the thread Dynasty started that apparently caused this whole shitstorm).

So I think that if we're going to seriously do something, we need to make it clear that just because people were assholes when we let everything go, doesn't mean anything now if they currently aren't assholes. Like a "we'll do our job to thread-ban trolls -- if you want to help, report posts and shit...don't go on flame wars with guys just because they (a) have a different opinion and (b) were assholes in the past. That stuff doesn't help anything and just makes things worse.

I still think all the mods should have the ability to mod each forum. Much better shot at stuff getting stopped before it starts when that is the case.

Oh look, the response I could have predicted word for word

Yea, shocking response. Let him continue with his "regulation", and he'll be thread banned soon.

It's like the Hatfields and McCoys.

I honestly don't think anything is going to get solved without some ridiculously technical rules ... which will, of course, seem unnecessary all of a sudden.

And those two turned a general warning post into a 2 page defense of their douchebaggery.

Same old same old from Like_That and CoA.

Those two just need to be sent to the basement till they learn to play nice.

As for jordo or anyone else deserving it, I completely disagree. Yes, said or jordo or crynasty have poked at them in the past, but these two guys don't let it go ever.

For example those two asshats constantly jump on me all the time, but I mostly ignore it as they are idiots. They are in my opinion right up there as some of the worst posters. Their constant harassment of posters is completely unnecessary and does nothing for the site.

They are two of the worst, for sure. Putting them in the basement would be addition by subtraction in my book, but that's up to justin.
