Very excited about this kid's potential. It came down to Michigan and Virginia Tech, he chose the Wolverines. GO BLUE!!!

"It was hard keeping it all inside because I've known for a month that i wanted to go to Michigan. Now I'm exicted to declare in this venue that I'm going to be a Michigan Wolverine," Furman announced at the Maryland Crab Bowl.

I am not seeing how he is number 25. Rivals only has Michigan with 24 commits.

Got ya. His scholarship is still from last year since he never used it last year. I think this class is going to make it to 27 or so.

I agree, it also depends on some guys who are an outside shot.

RichRod will sign 28-29, he has to, his job I believe depends on about 9 wins next year so he needs all the incoming talent he can get especially defensive help.

Any chance Furman will see time at RB? It looks like he was a decent RB in high school.

No Furman is going to be strictly defense and a likely fit for the spinner position down the road.

This is turning into quite the impressive Defensive recruiting class...however, I would like to see more Offensive threats as well...
