If Joe Banner manages to successfully convince Haslam that Lombardi is the best "player personnel director" (Joe Banner has eliminated the GM role in his kingdom) his money can buy than Haslam is as tone deaf and clueless as Randy Lerner.

To bring in a guy who has been out of football for 5 years (and has never been very good at the job anyway), while at the same time being largely reviled by the city of Cleveland would be breath taking stupidity.

Been reading through Phil Taylor's tweets....lol, he is getting racially spit on by Pittsburgh fans. I love that he is just thanking them and retweeting

2 of the 3 teams that drafted in front of us in April are in the playoffs already, and the 3rd is playing a play in game essentially in about half an hour.

There will be no honeymoon for the new regime, so they better be looking for people that can come in and put a winner on the field immediately.

No one wants to hear about processes, or building, or 5 year plans. Cleveland fans are sick of watching the rest of the NFL manage to turn things around quickly while we are always the city being told it takes forever and a day and we just need to be more patient.

There is enough of a talent base here that with a good draft and active free agency period that we should have a winning record next year at the bare minimum if they don't screw up their hires.

Is there a coin flip between Arizona and Cleveland for that 6th pick or how is that determined?

Since I got booted from the Pryor thread I didn't get a chance to hear how he did. Did the Chargers snap his spine?

Yes, but he had a tattoo of a spine so he just used it.

QQ.

My prediction, new HC comes in and his head wont be as far as his ass as Shurmur's was.

Also new punter on the way, sorry Hodges but you suck ass.
