Yep. That's my problem with ESPN. I watch games on the channel, but have nearly no desire to see anything else because of what you said. I can spend 15 minutes online and find well-written columns and articles on issues and stuff that actually resemble sports journalism --- which beats sitting through multiple hours of talking heads babbling in circles about the same stuff. They have good people who have great insight, but more and more, finding them is tougher and tougher because they apparently feel that having more Rob Parkers is the way to winning in the ratings.

I pay more attention to the bottom lines on ESPN(2)(classic) then watch sportscenter.

This. If a game that I want to watch isn't on, I'll switch over for the ticker, see what I want, then off I go.
