how come no one in this case including the girl didnt get charged with underage drinking?

Don't you have to get caught in the act? I mean how can they prove anyone was drinking without an arrest that night or breathalyzer being administered?

They should've faced a suspension from sporting events though.

When I register for this site under a new name(when I don't use a proxy) I'm banned within minutes. This guy posts the name of a 16 year old rape victim and it's still up 6 hours later. Solid moderating.

I assumed that's what he was getting at, maybe not. Regardless, why is someone who uses the real name of one of the underage members of a rape trial for his username, and then clearly tries to troll a thread about the situation not banned 2 days later? This is allowed but posting sexually suggestive gifs or poking fun at mods is an insta-ban.
